During my undergraduate studies, I had the pleasure of learning about Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine in a Public Health class. It fascinated me that there was a medically recognized practice fundamentally based on energy and its relation to the physical aspects of the human body. Learning that Acupuncture could assist certain types of strokes made me think about my grandfather and how he might have had an easier time recovering from his — and right away I felt compelled to learn more.

I shadowed a local OMD, observing him practice Acupuncture and moxibustion on a daily stream of patients, and that only deepened my pull toward what at the time felt like a mysterious medicine.

In graduate school I finally learned the practical, methodical ways that everything in the body is connected according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Performing treatments in the student clinic added to the astonishment of how this medicine actually works in real bodies. I served as President of the student association to strengthen our cohort's foundations as future Doctors of Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine, and helped organize two international clinical trips:

• 2018 — Shanghai, China. Time in an integrated Eastern + Western medicine hospital where patients were on herbal IVs and both pharmacies operated on-site.
• 2019 — Chiang Rai, Thailand. A fully-Eastern hospital where Thai massage and reflexology were prescribed therapies — covered by insurance.

In early 2024 I returned from working aboard the Celebrity Infinity, treating patients from all over the world while traveling to over 30 cities across Greece, Croatia, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Malta, Morocco, the Canary Islands, and Gibraltar. The Adriatic, Aegean, Mediterranean, and Atlantic — an experience I'll remember for the rest of my life.

Now, I combine those experiences to provide Acupuncture that is catered to the individual — and that can even be done in the luxury of your own home. I provide in-home Acupuncture across Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson, and I also practice out of an Acupuncture clinic for patients who prefer a more professional setting.
